The Dealer Resources page contains a number of resources, especially for new dealers who may have questions about various issues they may have encountered in the motor vehicle industry. 

The Special Permits tab allows dealers to apply online for Special Permits so they can sell vehicles off their licensed premises at approved events such as County Fairs, Husker Harvest Days, and various expositions and outdoor shows. 

The Advertising Statutes tab provides a quick reference for dealers for when they have questions about what they can and can’t advertise in print, television, radio, and online. 

The Annual Compliance Seminar tab includes the WebEx video for the most recent compliance seminar. While we encourage all licensees to participate in the live Annual Compliance Seminar so they can ask questions in real time, the recorded video is an option for those who can’t attend. 

The Renewals tab explains the renewal process so licensees know what to expect and more importantly will know to look for the license renewal email October 1. This way licensees can get a jump on renewing their license and not have to worry about forgetting to renew before the end of the year.

The Misc. Forms tab allows dealers to submit various online fillable forms such as applying for an additional supplemental location, a change in the dealership name, or for personal use dealer plates.
